APC Presidential expression of interest and nomination forms have been bought for former President Goodluck Jonathan today by a Fulani group.
Pictures of receipts of payment and the forms have surfaced online. The group purchased the forms, nomination form and expression of interest form, with the sum of one hundred million naira (100,000,000).

Although Jonathan has not publicly his membership for APC, there have been rumours that the former president wants to crosscarpet to APC for the purpose of 2023 presidency.
Members of the coalition said Jonathan is the most qualified to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari hence they decided to buy the form for him.
He was first elected in 2011 after completing the tenure of his former boss, Umaru Musa Yar’Adua.
President Buhari defeated Jonathan in the 2015 presidential elections. He can only serve one term of four years if he eventually wins.
