Business Development Officer

Job Description:
- Generate new client & business relationships to ensure new business & projects are identified. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales and contract sensoring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
- Propose options to management regarding tender price/options margins to ensure that the management is supplied with market related information when deciding on setting competitive prices.
- Manage strategic alliances & partnerships by securing corporate/ business relationships through effective client management & analysing joint ventures/partners to identify & ensure best suited options for the business.
- Forecast long & short-range market potentials by conducting market & feasibility analysis.
- Lead the business development team according to set objectives & initiate market analysis, review process ensuring that the senior management team are kept fully up to date.

- Responsible for registrations for relevant business activities / segments in new geographies / markets in line with company objective / business plan.
- Represent the Company in business exhibitions & internal business development forums.
- Maintain media relations by means of positive advertising & strong public relations to ensure the good will & image of the company.
- Coordinate with relevant business units & other key departments to ensure timely completion & submission your tasks.

Job Description:
- Prepare asset, liability and capital account, management Account entries by compiling and analyzing account information monthly, Quarterly, Bi-annual and annually.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Apply for grants and financial aids.
- Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
- Create periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow, income statement etc.
- Updated about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts, presenting financial data analysis to the management.
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
